Amy's (my cousin sis dearest) Wedding!

MORNING TEA CEREMONY

amy jie jie's wedding started with morning tea ceremony. arrival of the "heng dais" and the groom to pick the bride...in uncle Pete's house...

Andrew (John's brother), the 2 bestmen and John (the groom)

FIRST TASK: Musical Squats! Heng dais and groom had to play musical squats. losers need to put on make up! (inclusive of blusher, eye liner, lip liner and lipsticks)

That would be EYE-LINER.. hehe

followed by blusher and last but not least

the groom himself with lipstick! hehe

well musical squats were only the BEGINNING.. then there was the whole "wedding vows" in Mandarin that made us all ROFL cos John's pronunciation is just.... horrible. no offense but it needs lots of improvement and loadss of tuition from amy! John also had to sing like england's national anthem and 3 other songs (sex bomb, my heart will go on and i will always love you). After that, his last task was to guess which key (out of 3 keys) leads to Amy's room (also he had to guess which room,out of 3) and FINALLY... all sweaty and confused....

DINNER WEDDING

then there's the tea ceremony followed by buffet lunch in Sedap Corner and then the couple checked in to Hyatt Regency in Johor Bahru. we all took a few hours of rest after the morning ceremony.

woke up around 4:30 pm to get ready for the dinner... thanks to yee fang, yee lin and i had our hair done really nicely! (me with the hair up, and yee lin with the curlss) *thankss lotss cuzz*

after john was done with the champagne, there was the slides session and speech session. both gave a wonderful speech and were really touching, especially amy jie jie's.. my aunt cried and many were in tears, even i was almost losing it.. *sob sob* but GREAT speech indeed!
